At Skioze by Etycia Global Private Limited, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies for our wallet-based credit system. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund procedures.
General Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Wallet Credits
Wallet credits purchased on Skioze are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Once credits are added to your wallet, they cannot be converted back to cash or refunded, except as required by applicable law or under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
Validity Period
Wallet credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after this period and cannot be refunded.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Technical Service Failure
Refunds may be considered if Skioze experiences prolonged technical failures (more than 48 hours) that prevent you from using core services you've paid for.
Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate payments within 7-10 business days.
Legal Requirements
Refunds will be processed when required by applicable consumer protection laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Used Credits
Credits that have been used to generate question papers, access analytics, or utilize any platform features cannot be refunded.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you no longer need the service.
Account Suspension
Credits in wallets associated with accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refund.
Expired Credits
Credits that have expired after the 12-month validity period cannot be refunded.

These minimum amounts are required to activate and maintain access to Skioze's premium features and are non-refundable once credited to your wallet. Student Portal credits are sold individually at ₹29 per credit with no minimum purchase requirement.
Taxes and Additional Fees
All refunds are processed for the net amount after deducting:
- Any taxes (like GST) already paid to government authorities
- Payment gateway processing fees
- Bank transfer charges
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
