By accessing or using the Skioze platform ("Service"), operated by Etycia Global Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

Users are expected to use Skioze responsibly, avoiding any unlawful activities, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform's resources. You are solely responsible for your actions and content.

The Service operates on a wallet-based credit model. Users must maintain a minimum wallet balance to access certain features:

• Individual Teachers: Minimum wallet recharge of ₹299
• Schools & Coaching Institutes: Minimum wallet recharge of ₹5,000 per school
• Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST), which will be added to your payment
• We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their actions or errors

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Etycia Global Private Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

You retain all intellectual property rights in the academic content you input into the Service. By inputting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To generate content that is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

We respect your privacy. Data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the rights necessary to operate the service.

Academic & Content Data includes curriculum details, generated question papers, student performance data, and other educational content. This data is stored securely to provide you with the Service and is treated as confidential.

Etycia Global Private Limited will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Use the platform at your own risk.

In no event shall Etycia Global Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
